weight and maintaining healthy lifestyle.
Now a days every one concerns about their excess
weight. They need complete diet chart for full week. To loose the weight is
really a big concern for many and heir fitness plan is on their
priority. Its not too easy to loose the weight, but It can be achieved by a
healthy lifestyle with discipline, efforts and patience. It is mandatory to
take the right diet and doing regular physical activity.
Many of us consume junk foods which may cause
excess fat and weight in my opinion. Few of us think for fasting which may be
not correct option. One should take a balanced diet with the right proportions
of all food groups which include fats, proteins, carbohydrates and fibers in
required proportion. Nutritious foods such as grains, lentils, healthy fats,
vegetables, dairy and fruits must be included.
In my opinion there are some tips which may be
followed to loose the excess weight. These are as under:-
- One should take always only freshly cooked or prepared
meals in which all the food groups should be included.
- Early morning, first has to consume lukewarm water with
lemon and in the breakfast, bread and eggs may be good choices.
It may be accompanied with fruits salad and juices.
Lunch should be taken on time in which rice,
lentils, vegetable, and curd etc.
Dinner should be taken before at least one hour
before go to bed and it should be light such as khichdi or curd rice
or any such food which may digest easily.
Junk food should be fully avoided.
- Water is a very important and vital part of
a balanced diet.
Apart of this, each
one should mandatory do their physical exercise or workout and should go for
morning and evening walk regularly.
