Foods that can keep Our Heart Healthy


When we add these in our daily foods, We making a healthy heart. Natural Spices  like Elaichi are delicious and add flavor. We should consume less salt and fat as food and be habitual to take fresh herbs as our foods in daily life like spinach, methi etc.

Black Beans

Black beans are very  healthy nutrients for heart. It contains folate, antioxidants, and magnesium  which can help to keep blood pressure lower. Black beans has fiber  which helps in controlling both cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Adding beans in our food should be accompanied with green and fresh salads.


Red wine 

One should not consume wine and alcohol it is dangerous to health. But, If you drink a little red wine as a medicine, it may be a heart-healthy choice due to Resveratrol and catechins, two antioxidants in red wine which may protect our artery walls. It will help to maintain the good cholesterol. Too much alcohol hurts the heart. 

Salmon

Salmon is a good choice and top food for our health heart, it’s rich in omega-3s which are healthy fats that lessen the risk of heart rhythm disorders and lower blood pressure.  It should be serve in a week.

Tuna

It is cheaper than salmon and it also has omega-3s. It has so many varieties, but Albacore (white tuna) has more omega-3s than other tuna varieties. 

Olive Oil

This oil has very healthy fat which is prepared from smashed olives. It's  very rich in heart-healthy antioxidants and may protect our blood vessels and helps to maintain the cholesterol levels. 

Almonds

Almonds are very good and each has to consume it in a little amount. They are riched in sterols, fiber, and heart-healthy fats. Almonds may help to keep "bad" LDL cholesterol lower. 

Wallnut

To eat walnuts  daily may lower our cholesterol and heps in protect against inflammation in our heart’s arteries. Walnuts are riched in  omega-3s, healthy fats called monounsaturated fats, plant sterols, and fiber and replaces bad fats.
