Spicy Fish Curry
Ingredients - For 4 people
Main ingredients-
Spice ingredients-
Onion paste - 1/2 cup
Yellow Mustard -50 gm ( make paste in grinder)
Coriander powder - 1 table spoon
Cummin Powder - 1 table spoon
Garlic Paste- 1 table spoon
Ginger paste- 1/2 table spoon
Red chillie Powder- 2 table spoon
Ingredients used during cooking
Salt- 2 table spoon
Turmeric Powder- 1 table spoon
Mustard Oil- 100 ml
Fenugreek Seeds- 1/2 table spoon
Procedure-
* First of all clean the fish in running water and keep it in a plate and add some salt, turmeric powder to it and keep it aside for marinating for 10 to 15 mins.* Now heat a Pan or karahi on gas at medium heat. and add mustard oil to it.
* When Oil become heated then fry all the fishes both side by flipping it on medium heat till golden brown colour. After fry keep aside all fried fishes in a separate plate.
* In the remaining oil add fenugreek seeds now followed by onion and garlic paste. Mix it well and now add coriander powder, cummin Powder & red chillie powder to this mixture. again mix it well and add Yellow mustard paste to it and fry it well this mixture of spices till golden brown color.
* Now add all fried fish to it one by one. now keep the flame little low and let it to boil for another 7 to 8 mins.
* Fish curry is ready to it. Garnish it with fresh coriander Leaves.
* Serve it hot with Rice or chapatti
