Daal Fry
It is the delicious recipe which is frequently used in Indian kitchen and is very simple and quick to cook.
Preparation Time- 07 min.
Cooking Time- 35 min.
Ingredients For 2 to 3 Person
Toor Daal- 100 gmSalt 2 table spoon( as per taste)Turmeric Powder 1 table spoonGreen Chillie 2 (vertically cut)Coriander Leaves 2 stem (finely chopped)Water 3 to 4 cupPurified Ghee 2 table spoonTomato 1 small (finely chopped)Jeera(Cummin Seed) 1 tea spoonGinger- 1 table spoon(finely chopped)Procedure
* First wash the Toor Daal very gently and put it in the bowl filled with 3 to 4 cup water and left it for around 45 min.
* Now put this Daal with water in a pressure cooker on gas and add salt and turmeric powder and cook it on medium heat.
* When pressure begins then low the heat and wt. for 2 whistle of pressure cooker. Now turn off the gas burner and let to stream out from it.
* Now after few minutes when you open the lid of pressure cooker you will find that Daal is now soft. Now take a separate pan and heat it on medium and when pan is heated up then add the Ghee and Cummin seeds.
* Now you will see that seeds is cracking. Now add green Chillie, ginger and tomato to it. Add salt 1 small tea spoon to it and mix it up and cook it for 2 to 3 min.
* Now add your cooked Daal to it and let it cook for next 2 to 3 min. Now it is ready and garnish it with fresh and washed finely chopped coriander leaves.
* Served it hot with chapati or Rice.
