Paneer Paratha (Calorie rich)
Paneer is easily available in Indian sub-content. It is very nutritious and protin rich diet.
Ingredients
Wheat flour- 3 big spoonPaneer- 100 gm (finely grated)
Garam Masala- 1/4 tea spoon
Coriander leaves- 2 to 3 stems filely chopped
Green Chilley- 2 to 3 pc. as paste
Salt- 2 tea spoon/ as per taste
Turmeric powder- 1 tea spoon
Olive oil- 1 tea spoon
Ghee- for fry/roasting
Water- 2 cup/ as needed
Procedures
* Take a bowl and add wheat flour, grated paneer, garam masala, finely chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, turmeric powder, olive oil and mix all these ingredients well.
* Now add water to this mixture and make dough but take care that dough should be soft & pliable.
* Now cover this with a clean and thin cloth and leave this mixture set aside for 10 to 15 min.
* Divide the dough into equal sized small balls like big lemon size. Now sprinkle some flour near rolling area and roll out each ball like a Roti.
* Now add little oil to it and fold it to half and then quarter. Now sprinkle little flour and roll it like a triangle and set it aside.
* Now heat a pan separately on medium flame and put the Paratha on it. and cook it both side and little Ghee to it and fry both side till golden color.
* Now your paneer paratha is ready and serve it hot with coriander chutney or pickle.
